We proudly stand behind the high quality of our products; however it’s our mission to satisfy every customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied 100% you may return your product within 21 days of purchase.
For customers who request refunds we will credit your credit card or debit card for the amount of returned merchandise minus the shippings costs. La Pink, Inc. will accept returns, and exchanges on items that have not been washed, are unworn and in the original packaging, including tags (NO exceptions). The merchandise can not be soiled in any way and must be received within 21 days of original shipping date. Please note that the colors of the purchased items may vary from the pictures online.
Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges. In order to exchange or return merchandise please first e-mail email@example.com for return authorization number and Exchange/Return form to be returned with the merchandise. Please, don't forget to add a tracking number in any merchandise returned to us.
All jewelry, lingerie, and sale items are FINAL sale and returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Delivery (4-10 days), 2nd Day Air, or Overnight (next business day) Delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.
3 Day Shipping
All Third Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Third Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Third Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
2nd Day Air
All Second Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed with Overnight Delivery (next business day) must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 a.m. EST. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are required to pay for refused or undeliverable packages. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time.
